6. Pricing, Estimates, and Payments
- Estimates: Where possible, we provide estimates before work begins. Written or quoted estimates set a likely cost range but may change if additional faults are discovered and agreed with you.
- Transparent pricing: Final bills detail labour, parts, and applicable charges (e.g., gas refill, transport, call-out). Estimates, if provided, remain valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods: We accept cash, mobile payment (bKash/Nagad), and bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon service completion or within 48 hours of invoice date.
- VAT and taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT and taxes unless clearly indicated otherwise.
7. Warranty and Workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- Service warranty: Typical service warranty periods are outlined at the time of service and may vary by job type (e.g., AC repair, installation, fridge repair). Warranty is valid only if payment is completed and operating guidelines are followed.
- Spare parts: Warranty on parts is subject to the part manufacturer’s terms where applicable. We share available part warranties with you and assist with claims where possible.
- Conditions: Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, non‑standard voltage, water ingress, unauthorized modifications, or failure to maintain the appliance as recommended.
- Proof of service: We provide a job report or invoice that can serve as proof of service and may support brand warranties requiring professional installation or repair.
Always keep your invoice/job report handy and mention the earlier service when you call us again so we can respond faster under warranty.
8. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the appliance, fault, and access details.
- Ensure a responsible adult is present during service visits.
- Keep the area around the appliance clear for safe access and working conditions.
- Follow user manuals and maintenance guidelines to reduce future issues.
- Do not attempt further repairs once our technician has diagnosed the issue unless we agree otherwise.
9. Spare Parts and Consumables
- We may use original or compatible parts, depending on availability and your preference. We inform you of options and pricing before proceeding.
- Replaced parts may be returned to you on request unless exchange or recycling rules apply.
- Lead times for specific parts vary; we try to update you on expected timelines during diagnosis.
10. Access to Premises
Our technicians need safe access to the appliance and surrounding area. Please:
- Ensure clear and safe access to the appliance location.
- Inform us of access codes, parking arrangements, and any site rules (for apartments, offices, or gated premises).

11. Safety and Property
